Who We Are
Higher Learning Collective (HLC) is an ACNC-registered charity creating opportunities for young people across Western Sydney through creative education, leadership and community.
We use performing arts, storytelling, writing, film and creative experiences to help young people build confidence, strengthen communication skills and discover what they are capable of.
Through programs including Dream Academy and the Navigators Youth Film Festival, young people are given opportunities to create, perform, lead, collaborate and have their voices heard.
Our programs are built around more than developing creative talent. We want young people to grow in confidence, learn how to express themselves, develop practical skills and understand the value they can bring to their families, schools and communities.
At HLC, we believe young people should have access to opportunities that allow them to discover who they are and what they can become.
Our role is to create those opportunities.
