Higher Learning Collective is Now a Registered Charity

What started as a vision to create better opportunities for young people has continued to grow.

Higher Learning Collective is proud to announce that we are now officially an ACNC-registered charity.

For us, this is more than a change in status. It represents another important step in building an organisation that can serve young people and communities for years to come.

Through Dream Academy, UNSCRIPTED, Navigators Youth Film Festival and our growing community initiatives, we use creativity, education and leadership to give young people opportunities to discover their voice, build confidence and develop their potential.

We are grateful to our young people, families, board, volunteers, partners and supporters who continue to believe in what we are building.

The journey is still only beginning.

From Insight, to Impact.

Our Services

Dream Academy

Dream Academy is HLC's flagship youth leadership and creative arts program, helping young people discover their voice, build confidence and develop the skills to lead with purpose.

Through storytelling, performance, public speaking, creative writing and leadership development, students learn to communicate with confidence while exploring identity, resilience, faith and purpose.

Operating in Colyton and Cabramatta, each program is intentionally limited to 12 students, allowing every young person to be known, supported and challenged through genuine mentorship.

At Dream Academy, we don't just develop performers.

We develop communicators. Leaders. Creators.

Community Workshops

HLC partners with schools, councils, community organisations, churches and industry professionals to deliver engaging workshops that inspire young people to grow in confidence, creativity and leadership.

From performing arts and filmmaking to business, music, sport and storytelling, every workshop connects participants with real-world skills, experienced mentors and new opportunities.

Whether delivered as a school program, holiday workshop, leadership intensive or community event, our goal is simple.
